Unlike sugar scrubs made with only oils and sugar, emulsified sugar scrubs become a creamy exfoliating lotion upon contact with water, leaving no oily residue, but only soft, supple skin behind.  Use this as a last step in the shower, after soap and shampoo.  Made with all natural ingredients, only essential oils and colored with powerful benefits of Sea Buckthorn. Here are the ingredients I used and why:

Babassu: Similar to coconut oil, but It doesn’t feel oily like coconut oil and won’t clog your pores like coconut oil. Babassu oil also soaks into your skin much more quickly than coconut oil.

Coconut Fractionated:  This is a very light oil, easily absorbed, leaves the skin feeling smooth, moisturized, hydrated and soft.

Avocado butter: Moisturizing and softening, Rich in vitamins and minerals that are antioxidants helping to soften and smooth the skin.

Cocoa Butter: High vitamin E content softens and smoothes the skin and as an antioxidant helps the system to fight off free radicals.

Bergamot: strong antiseptic and antibacterial agent that helps to cleanse the skin and promote health skin growth. It has a sweet, citrus and uplifting aroma and as a sedative and an antidepressant it is very effective at lifting spirits, improving moods and raising the emotions. Promotes a feel-good factor.

Sea Buckthorn: Improves skin barrier function and repair, regenerates skin cells, retains moisture, softens and smoothes the skin, smoothing out of fine lines and wrinkles, hydrating and moisturizing both oily and dry skin without leaving a greasy layer.  An anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. It contains good antioxidant properties
